Walahanduwawatte - Galle

Galle, 15 August 2006 - Alliance Development Trust handed over 23 newly constructed houses to people in Walahanduwa Galle. The project, funded by Samaritan’s Purse, started on 11 October 2005 and terminated on 04 April 2006.

On 15 August 2006 the houses were handed over to 21 families who were displaced by the Tsunami. These people were living in temporary shelters for nearly two and a half years.
