Sinarasa Gunaseharam is one of the many people who left Jaffna during the war in 1999. After the CFA (Cease Fire Agreement) was signed he moved back to Jaffna in 2002. Not long after he returned, he met with an accident that left his right leg disabled. He’s married and has three children. Currently nobody offers him employment due to his disability. His family suffers a lot from poverty and his children cannot go to school. They cannot afford basic school needs. He is plans to graze sheep and then sell it to the meat market. ADT helped him to continue this business as he would be able to generate a fair income to support his family.
