Somawathy is visually impaired by birth. As her husband ids dead she lives with her only daughter & her family. Though both the daughter & son in-law are employed they go through much hardships to meet their day to day needs.  With a loan provided by ADT, Somawathy bought clothes at whole sale prices from Seeduwa. She re-sells these clothes from her home. This business fetches her LKR 4000 per month. Somawathy is happy now that she is able to contribute towards her daughter’s household expenses and daily needs.
